Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
